A delicate Memecik from Turkey
Oleamea Premium Everyday, formerly known as Soğukoluk Edition, is our USDA Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monovariety. This early harvest olive oil is made from delicately hand picked Memecik variety of olives in between November to December, before the olives are matured and when they are at their prime. The olives are harvested by hand, and within four hours they are made into oil. The main ingredients of our olive oil is nature, health and purity.
This cold pressed olive oil is bottled in nitrogen-sealed dark glass bottles to preserve the oil’s freshness and quality. We also use non-refillable cap to enhance protection, and to better appreciate our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils packed in the bottles.

OUR OLEAMEA FAMILY
Oleamea was established by a brother and a sister that own acres of olive orchards whose family has generations of experience in producing extra virgin olive oils. Once a pastime and hobby, Merve and Mert have seen their passion grown into a professional responsibility. They decided to jump into this new adventure, overseeing all the farming and olive oil production for Oleamea—from the careful cultivation to harvest to milling and bottling.

At Oleamea, we select exceptional Memecik variety olives from the southwest part of Turkey. The Memecik olive tree grows largely on hilly terrain rich in slate, up to an altitude of just under 2000 feet (600 meters.) It is well adopted to the region’s limited rainfall, and does not need much water, which results in the formation of a wide root system that enables the transfer of important nutrients from the soil to the olive fruit. Local capabilities allow us long term to have access to over 7,000 tons of olive oil with 800+ organic farmer partners.
We maintain oversight with our local partners during all aspects of the process: from cultivation to milling, storage, packaging and selling our award-winning Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils. This helps ensure consistency in product offering as well as optimize transparency through the supply chain.
We pride ourselves in bringing you the freshest olive oil possible, from a modernized GFSI certified production facility, bottling our oil in a nitrogen sealed 18/10 stainless steel bottles to preserve key taste elements/nutritional benefits through the product lifecycle.
