COVID-19 Notes: We are a two person operation and we are the only two folks interacting with the harvested product. Food safety is always of the utmost importance at Shine always and we’ve doubled down on our sanitation on farm. Hands are always washed frequently and always before harvesting. We harvest with gloves on, all harvest tools are sanitized before each use, all surfaces are that in contact with post-harvest produce are sanitized before use. All high touch surfaces are sanitized at least once a day and tools are sanitized before and after each use.
