Missouri Grass Fed Beef is located in the Ozark highlands just a short drive from St. Louis. Our family has been raising beef since 1945 and we supply young grass fed beef free of antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones directly to the public.
Our beef consist primarily of Angus and Hereford breeds. We utilize extensive rotational grazing techniques and our cattle receive no grain or by-products, only grass and mother’s milk. Our beef is tender, flavorful, and never gamey.
The cattle are managed so that we can have beef available during all seasons. We sell whole and half beeves and you can choose your own custom cuts package. Our beef is dry aged and processed in a USDA inspected facility.
Most customers pick up their beef directly from our processor, but we do offer delivery to the St. Louis area and can arrange shipping via Fed-Ex or UPS for long distance orders.
