COVID-19 Notes: – We clean our produce with a sanitized water bath.
– We clean, scrub, and sanitize our produce bins.
– We will pre-pack all shares.
– We are considering home delivery for our CSA shares.
– To reduce contamination, only OAF employees will handle produce at our CSA pick-ups and market. Customers will be asked to stay outside the barn (under shelter) as employee gets pre-packed box.
– Employees will maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation, with regular hand-washing.
– Employees are encouraged to stay home, if sick.
